Easy Loan Pre-Qualification or Pre-Approval

Again, you don't have to talk with us if you're not yet ready. Simply fill out our short application form and we will contact you by email with your pre-qualification results, unless you indicate that you prefer us to call you.

If you want a formal pre-approval because you are ready to start shopping for a home you can fill out the full application form online or you can call us. This more detailed application is needed because we will do a more thorough review of your qualifications in order to ensure that you are fully prepared to make a successful purchase offer within a specified price range.

Easy Paperwork

Most or all of the paperwork involved in getting your loan can be done electronically:

• You send us your loan application information online through our web site.



• We can send your initial loan disclosures to you electronically, so you can view and sign them online.



• We can report on your loan status via a secure web page and by email.



• We can collect any supporting documentation that is needed to process your loan by fax or electronic upload. For example, you can scan and email or fax your W2 forms, pay stubs, and bank statements so we don't have to wait for the U.S. mail to deliver them. You can even upload them directly through our web site.



• Your final loan documents can be sent to you electronically so you can review and sign them online.

All communications that are likely to require a discussion with one of our loan agents can be done by phone at your convenience, rather than setting up an appointment.
